Spine rubbed with epidermines, rubbing on the plates near the cuts, dirt on the title page with handwritten bookplate and a seminar stamp. The title page is reinforced with a strip of paper glued on the reverse, some following leaves and in the body of the work have also been reinforced in the margins, small scattered stains, some old comments in the margins. Sought-after work. Second edition much more complete than the first one.
The title is surrounded by a very beautiful wood frame in the manner of Pierre Vase, an engraver from Lyon. "It is illustrated with figures of all the wedding bands that were made in the house of Savoyes, (sic) from the beginning until the present time.
