Aubusson Tapestry in wool and silk from the early 18th century We enter a lush undergrowth, where under the multicoloured foliage of age-old trees a lake scene develops where a duck dabbles under the intrigued eye of a fasciated hoopoe. A fortified castle can be seen at the top of a hill. Beautiful freshness. Wide border with garlands of polychrome flowers and acanthus leaves.
