Michel-Louis-Étienne Regnaud de Saint-Jean d'Angély (1760-1819) was a politician, lawyer and journalist, deputy at the States General. He was born in Saint-Fargeau on 3 November 1760 and died in Paris on 11 March 1819. His maternal family owned property in Saint-Jean d'Angély. He was the father of Marshal Auguste Regnaud de Saint-Jean d'Angély.
