in colour. Rectangular plate
The religious subject is inscribed in an oval encircled
in white on the rectangular plate whose corners
are decorated with enamelled foliage
in colour. At the base, in a scroll, ".S.
IOANNA.". The crouched, crowned saint,
dressed in an ermine cloak, extends her arms
towards a cloud in which the child
Jesus holding a basket, at his feet a

The Queen, having retired, founded a contemplative order

and great finesse in spite of a technique
which is similar to enamel painting.

aux faubourgs de Magnigne à Limoges I.I"
Limoges, Jacques II Laudin, (son of Nicolas
I, 1663-1729).
