Marie François Rousseau de Sibille (1771-1847): Engineer officer, he distinguished himself during the revolutionary campaigns, particularly in the Army of the Rhine, at the battle of
Wissembourg and at the retreat from Mainz. He served under the Empire and the Restoration in the 1st and 3rd engineer regiments.
