Architecte-Urbaniste born in Paris in 1955. He founded ANMA in 2000 and joined forces with Michel Delplace and Cyril Trétout, with whom he runs the agency today. During the 90s, Nicolas Michelin works in collaboration with Finn Geipel within LABFAC. From 1985 to 2000, he directed the School and the Centre of Contemporary Art in Rueil-Malmaison. Between 2000 and 2009, he was director of the École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Versailles. It was during this period that he founded the Centre d'art contemporain de la Maréchalerie, dedicated to the place of art in the urban context. In November 2011, he chairs the Entretiens du Patrimoine et de l'Architecture (Heritage and Architecture Talks), on the theme "Heritage and Architecture in Sustainable Metropolises" at the invitation of the Ministry of Culture and Communication.
