Born in 1983 in Paris, Martin Argyroglo was introduced to photography at an early age. After a literary career, he began studying photography at the Ecole des Gobelins (2001-2003), which he continued with a course at the Beaux Arts de Paris (2003-2008), more focused on history and visual culture. It was also during this period that he discovered professional practice alongside Marc Riboud (1923-2016), for whom he was assistant for seven years. Martin Argyroglo has been developing his own activity as a freelance photographer since 2008. He first documented exhibitions for contemporary art venues, before extending his practice to architecture.
