Wooden frame decorated with a bronze medal depicting a Roman ecclesiastical scene on the obverse with the inscription "ARCHIEPISCOPATU - UTINENSI - RESTITUTO - ANNO - MDCCCXLVII", and on the reverse under the coat of arms of Cardinal "FABIO MARIAE ASQUINIO - S.R.E. PRAESBITERO CARDINALI - CIVI BENE MERITO - ORDO CANONICORUM".
