Former DAVEY'S brand marine lantern.
The optical part is made of circular Lentoid glass.
Bronze lantern complete with its sturdy moulded and folding handles, a carrying handle fixed to the chimney and four fixing lugs allowing positioning on a wall.
Marked "DAVEY'S PATENT IMPROVED REGULATION SHIP LAMP" below the dome cap.
Complete with its burner but without the internal glass chimney.
Beautiful original patina.
Very good condition despite some spalling on the glass with no consequences.
