Oil and wax (presumably encaustic) on card (?) laid down on panel. 1928. C. 38.5 x 45.5 cm. Signed and dated lower right. Titled on the reverse and inscribed “Tableau encaustiqué. Ne pas vernir. Lustrer en frottant de haut en bas avec une étoffe de laine” (presumably by the artist). With various numbers written by an unknown hand on the reverse and various old labels.
