A volume in-8 square, (17, 5 X 15 cm), of (50) woven pages, full brown morocco binding of the time, openwork metal monogram inlaid in the center of the top cover. Back covers and endpapers lined with moiré silk, gilt head, box of the same morocco lined with plum silk, unsigned. Beautiful binding signed Marius Michel. The 50 pages decorated with gothic letters and miniatures from 14th to 16th century illuminations, took two years of work.
