Ancient and beautiful edition of this set of texts of jurisprudence written by Giovanni Pietro de Ferraris (1364-1421 ca.), a jurist native of Parma who was a professor in Pavia in 1389. This important work, called 'Practica Aurea', is of absolute cult within the numerous works of notarial practice that circulated between the 13th and 15th century; this practice was used by the jurists and courts of that region and the editions followed one another until the end of the 17th and beginning of the following century.
