Original enc. of the time on flexible parchment with remains of ribbons to tie up, and title labelled on the plan. Handwritten notes of ownership on the guard sheet dated 1531. Second edition of this work considered an 'encyclopedia of knowledge' that includes facts and discoveries close as the printing 'De Gutemberg argentinensi'; the discovery of America, 'De Christophoro Columbo', etc. Alden 518/4.
