Three volumes of gum in full skin, with golden threads in both planes of the hillocks and red tejuelo. It does not have a printing date but it is part of the works in three volumes, so we assume it was printed by the same printer, in the same place and date mentioned in the bibliography. These are the three parts of the second volume of the Works of St. Ambrose. This copy was offered in the 1950s by a well-known Madrid bookseller who said of them in his catalogue: 'Because of their Gothic printing, clear and correct, their beautiful types, clear and diverse; because of the paper, thick and pure, and because of their wonderful and spectacular state of conservation, these three incunabula of Saint Ambrose nobody would hesitate for a moment to consider them as three priceless jewels for the library of the most demanding and meticulous bibliophile'.
