An invitation to the Gala de la Pâtisserie 2021: The Association Relais Desserts, chaired by Vincent Guerlais - Artisan Chocolatier, invites you to the 2nd edition of the prestigious Gala de La Pâtisserie, on April 20, 2021 at the Pavillon Gabriel, where Loïc Ballet and Faustine Bollaert, co-hosts of the evening, will present the Awards of Excellence. This "Césars du sucré" ceremony, initiated by the Association in 2018, brings together the entire profession and celebrates the artisans of taste, emblematic figures of French pastry-making. For nearly 40 years, Relais Desserts has been bringing together the world's elite of French Haute Pâtisserie, made up of around a hundred pastry and chocolate makers from 19 countries. It ensures the influence of this know-how in the four corners of the globe, promotes all the corporations of the food trade, and is part of a global approach of taste nobility. Because pastry is an art in its own right, Relais Desserts has built its fundamentals around one key word: Excellence.
