Effigy of a mother sitting on a stool, breastfeeding her child on her lap. The facial features are classic: arched eyebrow, almond-shaped eyes, straight nose, mouth carried forward. Numerous scarifications in ngole relief cover the face and body. She wears a multi-row necklace called a boama around her waist.
