Title leaf: "Tractatus de Motu hac 7 aprilis 1786", ff. 1-132, and "Quaestiones de Motu hac 10 junii 1786", ff. 133-194, 5 printed folding plates (CHBecker ex lov [aniensi]), half vellum of the time (missing from the binding). "The engravings, scientific or ornamental, appear in the courts in the 17th century. The students acquired them from booksellers-printers. They were generally anonymous. However we know Charles Becker, a draughtsman and engraver who had a workshop in Louvain during the second half of the 17th century.
