France amphora vase with veduta painting First half of the 19th century, unmarked, screwed in two parts, over square base and round base ovoid corpus with two handles in the shape of plastic caryatids, painted royal blue background and rich gold decoration with etched decoration, obverse rectangular cartouche with a French inscribed view of the castle of Chillon on Lake Geneva in fine polychrome on-glaze painting, reverse flower medallion with floral framing in gold, without lid, gilding partially rubbed off, h 30,5 cm.
