Asterix, pencil lead illustration on drawing paper made for a back cover project of the series. During this period, he carried out several projects. The first project was used for the release of the episode "The Rose and the Sword" in 1991. This back cover will evolve 5 years later, in July 1996, with "Obelix's Galley", thus borrowing a second project. The graphic design is flexible, subtle, efficient and highlights the respective personalities of the heroes.
