The canvas fixed at the outer edge by the artist with black latex protective edge. - The whole surface slightly soiled, 1 small light brown spot in the middle, this not very noticeable. The inscriptions on the reverse somewhat translucent. German painter. Studied at the Craftsmen and Arts and Crafts School Krefeld and the State School for Applied Arts, Munich under Richard Riemerschmied, Robert Engels and Adalbert Niemeyer. From 1928 first exhibitions, later lecturer and director of the Craftsmen and Arts and Crafts School Krefeld as well as member and chairman of the "Künstlergruppe 45 Krefeld". Acrylic on canvas.
