Original edition of the royalist poems of Prince
Bieloselkii-Bieloserkii in favour of the French monarchy ("Love, without flattering him, your good Louis sixteen, celebrate your queen").
This poem, covering the first 17 pages, is followed by 34 pages of notes and the transcription of a letter from Rousseau to the prince poet. The second piece deplores the bloody history of England ("Anglois, que votre histoire est belle en ses horreurs").
Very nice copy, printed on strong paper.
