GUYSE, Jacques de (c. 1340 - 1399). The First (Second/Third) Volume of the Illustrations of Gaul Belgium, antiquitez of the Countries of Haynnau and of the gra(n)d city of the Belgians has now dictated Bavay from which proceed the pavements of Brunehault. The identity of the translator is still subject to debate. The first complete and annotated translation did not appear until the 19th century.
