CAIOZZAMA Mc Mao , 2019 Stencil Gluing Edition of 3 55 x 85 cm The Chilean artist, born in 1981, expresses her art by making collages in the streets of the South American capital and treats, in her own way, subjects that are in the news. Football, social networks, religions, big multinationals or migratory flows in Europe, the artist has no subjects of her own but reacts to those that make the headlines in the media. Provocative, committed and satirical, Caiozzama sometimes uses shocking images. By hijacking the symbols of modern and Western consumerism, Caiozzama seeks to challenge passers-by and question today's society.
