CHINA, Kraak - WANLI Period (1573 - 1620)
Porcelain kendi decorated in blue underglaze with four large cartouches decorated with horses flying and galloping over waves and branches of alternating flowers, interspersed with small cartouches decorated with ribbons, the shoulder adorned with geometric and floral motifs. On the neck are branches of cherry trees. The neck and spout are metal-circled. (Restoration, splinters, enamel jumps). H. 20.5 cm.
The condition of the porcelain under the frame is not guaranteed.
