CHINA, Kraak - Middle 17th century
Large porcelain dish decorated in blue under a couple of phoenixes on a rock near flowering peonies, surrounded by bands of brocade. The wing decorated with eight large cartouches decorated with peach branches and precious objects (babao), interspersed with panels decorated with pearls and swastika.
