Jules Chéret Elegant woman with her aperitif and her cat, 1897 Original colored lithograph on fine vellum Signed in the plate Size: 39 x 29 cm The sheet is marked by the editor's stamp and the lithograph is also authenticated by the editor's -L'Imprimerie Chaix - dry stamp. The first edition was created in 1895 for the aperitif "Quinquina Dubonnet". The lithograph was edited by Les Maîtres de l'Affiche in the Imprimerie Chaix in 1897. It is part of this eponymous portfolio (plate n°109) that represented the reproductions of the most beautiful illustrated posters by the great artists of the time.
