Jean-Baptiste CARPEAUX (1827-1875), according to "The Genius of Dance (with Love to Madness), No. 3" Isolated model in 1872 according to the group initiated in 1865 and completed in 1869 Bronze print with a shaded brown patina. Old edition cast iron, late 19th - early 20th century. Inscribed "CARPEAUX" on the terrace, bears the stamps "PROPRIETE CARPEAUX" and the Imperial Eagle on the back.
