Fine and great ISPAHAN (Persia) Late 19th century. An anthracite field with delicate polychrome flowering stems, welcomes a superb polylobed floral rosette in brick and chestnut shades. Four red spandrels with flowered arabesques frame the whole. Two floral brick counter-edges enclose the main anthracite window adorned with exuberant polychrome head-and-shoulder flowers.
