Laughing eyes are very arched like eyebrows. The lower part of the face is extended by a handful under the chin, the important scaling on the temples and forehead are tinged with red like the pulpy mouth.
Worn by dancers on stilts during Okuyi rites, these masks pay homage to feminine beauty, evoking the spirit of a missing girl. Beautiful patina
