An English Victorian sterling silver tea service - London 1845, Joseph Angell & Son (Joseph Angell Senior & Junior)
the pieces of this service have an octagonal panelled form and flat based with floral decorations. The body of each piece is embellished with bright cut engraved gothic decoration. The cream jug and sugar bowl have gilt interiors. Fully hallmarked London 1845-46, makers Joseph Angell & Son (Joseph Angell Senior & Junior). Dimensions and weights: Tea pot, height 21.5 cm, width 26.5 cm, weight 920 gr. Sugar bowl, height 13 cm, width 18.5 cm, weight 462 gr. Cream jug, height 13 cm, width 13.5 cm, weight 310 gr. Total weight 1692 gr. Item condition grading **** good.
