Auguste RODIN (1840-1917) (after) La création Engraving (rotogravure reprised in drypoint) and enhanced with watercolour On Vellum Dimensions: 42.5 x 31 cm Limited edition of 125 copies, provided with a certificate of authenticity by the gallery and a photocopy of the proof of the publisher's print run. Very good condition, slight foxing stains in the margins. Information: This engraving is part of the "Album Fenaille" or "Album Goupil", which is a book dedicated to the drawings of Auguste Rodin, published in 1897. There are many drawings related to Dante's Inferno usually referred to as "black drawings".
