Beautiful plastic and metal aeromodel made from a 1/16th scale US Navy propeller plane from World War II. It is the "vought OS2U Kingfisher" specialized in aerial reconnaissance, locating and rescuing pilots fallen at sea and anti-submarine warfare, hence its name "The Eyes of the Fleet". Commissioned between August 1940 and 1942. Two pilots, one in the rear with a machine gun for air defence. Engine at the front. Blue-red-yellow polychrome and silver-grey fuselage in good condition.
