Important and rare pair of candlesticks in finely chiseled bronze and gilded with mercury. Tripod base model with a rich decoration of winged lions and palmettes. To be compared to the production of Thomire bronzes probably from the drawings of Charles Percier and Pierre Léonard Fontaine.
