Important mantel clock, in gilded and finely chiseled bronze, depicting Diane huntress on her chariot drawn by two deers, the stylized dial of the chariot wheel, enamelled white and Roman numerals. Resting on a large carved terrace centered on a hunting scene and flanked on each side of the attributes, on six claw feet. Paris, Empire Period, ca.1805-1810.
