A Napoleon III gilt, silvered-bronze and cristal two-piece table suite, comprising a table top and a dessert stand
These two elements of the tabletop especially reflect the exuberance and eclecticism of French decorative arts in the mid-19th century. An identical table mat from the former Feather collection was sold at Christie's New York on April 11, 2018 (USD 35,000). Another set, consisting of a table top and two dessert displays, was also sold at Christie's New York on April 20, 2006, lot 90.
