General of BORDEAUX (33). 1726. TOLL PRIVILEGES. Order of the Council of State of King LOUIS XV, of July 9, 26, which orders that in the fortnight of the day of publication, of the present Order, all Individuals who enjoy privileges, Gifts, Concessions, & Immunities, Toll Rights, Ferries, Passages, Bridges, Mills, Fairs & Markets & others, shall be required to represent the Titles by virtue of which they enjoy the said Privileges, failing which, & the said time spent, they shall be null and void". of July 9, 1726. Followed by the order of Claude BOUCHER Intendant in the Generality of BORDEAUX. Done in BORDEAUX on August 30, 1726 From the Printing House of R. Brun, Printer of Monseigneur l'Intendant.
