"By the King, Order of Gorge VANDEBERGUE, Lieutenant General of Police of Orleans, assisted by the other Officers, judges at the said Headquarters, assembled on November 26, 1725, bearing regulation of the price of Chairs which are sold in the Butcheries of the City... defense with the Butchers of this City, with penalty of 1000 livres of fine, to sell the Meat of Butchery at a higher price than those hereafter; To know: the two districts of behind of the Oxen, Calves & Sheep, six sols the livre; the districts of front four sols the livre...
