"Order of the Council of the KINGDOM, appointing Commissioners to examine and verify all Toll Charges, Passages, Bridges, Crossings & others, which are levied on Bridges & Roads, Roads & Navigable Rivers, Streams & Tributaries, throughout the whole of the Realm. Orders that within four months the Owners of the said Rights shall be bound to send... Collated & Legalized Copies of the Titles & Signs...". Done in Council, His Majesty being at FONTAINEBLEAU (77), on August 1724. followed by the Order of Pierre Arnaud DE LA BRIFFE, Conseiller d'Etat, Intendant en BOURGOGNE & BRESSE.
