"Order of the Royal Council that the Louis d'Or, which has been redesigned, will continue to be received and paid in Paris mint on the basis of 20 pounds, up to and including the last of this month of March." From the 5th of March, 1717. Followed by the Order of Pierre Arnaud DE LA BRIFFE, Marquis de Ferrières, Intendant of Justice, Police, Finance & Navy in Burgundy and Bresse.
