Head of a bearded man with grotesque features. A pronounced bulge at the forehead and broad eyebrows. Broad, knobbly nose. Sagging cheeks. Hair only modelled around the face. Back mostly smoothed. Probably from a statuette. Possibly Hercules. Condition: Large areas of pink to red paint preserved; the white ground is partially visible.
