parts This cabinet in lacquered and gilded wood on a red and black background presents a decor of animated scenes and landscapes in the taste of China. It opens with two leaves revealing seven drawers and a leaf decorated with plants. It is surmounted by a shower when it is opened, and rests on a carved, moulded and silver-released base, with rich openwork decoration of flowers, foliage and volutes. The wide belt rests on four moving legs ending in scrolls. The top supporting the cabinet is adorned with carved ornaments of friezes of ovum and stings.
