ANTHROPO-ZOOMORPHIC HEAD Culture Veracruz, Gulf Coast, Mexico Classical, 250-650 A.D. H. 25 cm - w. 20 cm Orange-brown ceramic Head of a statuette representing an anthropo-zoomorphic deity. Mouth open, tongue drawn out, surmounted by a nose in strong relief and framed by two big round eyes. On the top of the skull, presence of a ridge. On the back, rectangular opening.
