A copy of the coat of arms of Chrétien-Guillaume de Lamoignon de Malesherbes, Minister and Secretary of State of the House of the King, who defended Louis XVI with Tronchet and de Sèze. He was arrested in December 1793 and guillotined on 22 April 1794. Copy containing an English manuscript text, dated 1844, on a white sheet in each volume.
