60 bottles AOC Limoux TOQUES & CLOCHERS - Clocher CONILHAC DE LA MONTAGNE (Winegrower Brigitte Canet, Haute-Vallée terroir) Tasting notes: Eye: pale yellow colour, brilliant, limpid. Nose: a beautiful intensity, with citrus fruits, as well as floral notes (white flowers), followed by fruity notes (vine peach). A complex nose. Palate: a beautiful, frank and lively attack on citrus fruits. Straight and balanced wine. Long, fresh finish. Winegrower: From 1988 to 1993, Brigitte Canet was a farmer on part of the family estate in the commune of Conilhac de la Montagne. Following the sharing of the estate, Brigitte Canet became the owner of the domain which includes 12 hectares of vines. The totality of the plots of land is situated between 410 and 460 metres above sea level, which makes it one of the most altitudinal estates in the Limoux Appellation area. At this altitude, and like the Toques et Clochers vines, all the plots of land on the estate have a southern exposure.
