60 bottles AOC Limoux TOQUES & CLOCHERS - Clocher Notre-Dame MARCEILLE Limoux (Winegrower Xavier Canal, Autan terroir) Tasting
notes: Eye: pale yellow robe, brilliant, limpid. Nose: rather discreet and fine with floral notes. Palate: a beautiful attack, a fresh wine with citrus fruit notes with a lemony aroma, some spices as well as a nice grilled and sweetness. Beautiful finish on sweetness, fruit and spices, ending with a peppery note.
Winegrower: An old estate from the 1870s, its expansion took place as soon as it was bought by Xavier Canal's great-grandparents in 1921. Subsequently the plot selection developed by his father, Guy Canal, since 1970 led to the emergence of this Toques et Clochers plot. Thus, several generations have contributed to the production of this wine, a symbol of the Canal family's attachment to wine.
