Original and rare rug DOROCH, (Khorassan Region), (Persia), end of 19th century
An abraded parma pink field hosts various and varied floral forms, with a green tendency, as well as small birds. In the centre stands a polylobed medallion framed by four arabesque spandrels. Six counter-edges, with garlands of flowers, surround the main anthracite, with polychrome plant trellis.
