It has been a long time since he has had the pleasure of seeing Tissot, whom he read in Le Pilote: "I address myself to him for information which is related to very sad thoughts and which he will take care of only as much as he deems appropriate. But not finding certain books and handwritten notebooks lent to several friends, namely the notebooks on the interval between the two revolutions, a military trip to Prussia, and also some printed works I try to collect them. It seemed to me possible that the excellent Mr. Goujeon might have had some of these objects....
