MASK OF THE KYOGEN THEATER WITH THE SUSANO-MYOO EFFIGY

Wood lacquered with a material that seems to be horsehair and allows to represent the hairiness including the long whiskers and the goatee. It shows a character with wide eyes, an open mouth and visible teeth (wear, scratches, jumps).
H: 20 cm - L: 15 cm
Note: It appears to be an older mask, probably from the 19th century, which has been repainted.
