Gilded brass mount (wear), decorated with foliage, mumps decorated with a silver profile of Emperor Napoleon I. Curved blade with rounded back, engraved (gold and blue remains) "GARDE IMPERIALE" and "GRENADIERS A PIED", with gutter and carp tongue. A.B.E SF. First Empire period.
