Bird's-eye view of Venice with rich ship's staffage and the crowned city coat of arms at the right side. Published 1641 in De rebus publicis hanseaticis by Johann Angelius von Werdenhagen. Perfect impression, partly with fine margins around the platemark, otherwise trimmed to the platemark. Somewhat stained and age-marked, vertical crease and fold marks, isolated, partly closed marginal tears and glazes. Added by Gaucherel after Fransceco Guardi "Venise (View of St Mark's Square and Doge's Palace)".
